Daniel McCann is a Pittsburgh native with a lifelong passion for health, movement, and athletics. Growing up active in soccer and track, he developed an early interest in how the body moves, adapts, and recovers—an interest that continues to shape his approach to patient care.
He played collegiate soccer at Allegheny College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and deepened his understanding of human movement and physical performance. Daniel went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, receiving extensive training in chiropractic care, rehabilitation exercises, nutrition, and radiology.
After gaining experience as an associate chiropractor, Daniel opened Oasis Spine & Sport in April 2024 with a clear philosophy: effective care should be thoughtful, evidence-based, and focused on long-term results—not just short-term relief.
Care at Oasis Spine & Sport emphasizes identifying the root cause of pain, restoring proper movement, and helping patients stay active and resilient over time. Each visit is individualized, with an approach that blends hands-on treatment, movement-based rehabilitation, and practical guidance patients can apply outside the office.
Daniel works with a wide range of patients—from active individuals and athletes to those dealing with chronic pain or everyday aches—who want to move better, feel stronger, and maintain their quality of life.
Conditions commonly treated include: • Back and neck pain • Headaches and migraines • Disc bulges and herniations • Sprains, strains, and sports injuries • Whiplash • Joint pain and restricted range of motion • Arthritic pain management • Preventative and wellness-based care
